Seller Option #1: Full Service Program
Plus...some Full Service Program homeowners like the idea of participating in the sale of their home. If the home owner finds the Buyer during the listing period, by doing things like hosting their own open houses or showing their home to possible buyers, they are able to save the selling commission offered to co-operating Brokers that is established at time of listing. Thus we say 3.75% or less to sell your home with Flat Fee Realty Inc.,Brokerage. Seller Option #2: Fee-For-Service Program..Better Than Going It Alone PrivatelyThis program gives you, the homeowner, all the benefits of being listed on our local board's MLS® system for 90 days for a listing fee of $1495 plus the selling commission that the owner offers to the listing Broker and all co-operating Brokers. If you, the Seller, introduce and show the Buyer (not represented by listing Broker or by another Broker) your home, you eliminate the commission payable to the co-operating Broker. If you, the Seller, asks the listing agent to negotiate the offer, complete the necessary paperwork, co-ordinate all conditions/inspections and deliver all paperwork to the Lawyers, then an additional fee of $1495 will be charged at time of closing of the sale of the home. |
